Return Requirements

You have a 30-day return right. We only accept returns if the following conditions are met:

• That your items must be unused and in their original box/packaging.
• Send them to us in an extra box (or in the bag you received the item in), For example, please DO NOT send Fivefingers or Lems in the shoe box alone.
• If you send items in the shoe box alone, we unfortunately cannot accept them back.
• If you choose to return parts or all of your order after a purchase and the total amount of the order falls below, bonus products will no longer be 0 kroner but their normal sale price.
  

Return - 39 DKK

If you wish to return an item and get a refund, you can do so within 30 days from receipt. Once we have received and approved your return, we will refund the amount to your account within 7-14 business days.

Exchange - 39 DKK

Send a completed return form (download here) via email to info@alun.dk so we are aware that an exchange is required. Once we have received your return, we will send the requested size/item as soon as possible within approximately 7 days.

How to return

1. Create your return via our return portal
2. Pack the item securely in the original packaging
3. Print and attach the return label you receive
4. Drop the package off at your nearest parcel shop
   

IMPORTANT: If you do not use our return label, you must ensure the package is sent (door to door) directly to our business address in Brønderslev. We do not have the option to collect the item from a parcel shop or similar!
