Return Requirements

You have a 30-day return policy. We only accept returns if the following conditions are met:

• Your items must be unused and in their original box/packaging.
• Send them to us in an extra box (or in the bag you received the item in), For example, please do NOT send Fivefingers or Lems in the shoe box alone.
• If you send items in the shoe box alone, we unfortunately cannot take them back.
  
• Put a piece of paper in the package with your order number and whether you want to return or exchange the products.

When we have received and approved your return, we will refund the amount to your account within 7-14 business days.

Exchange - 39 DKK

Write your order no. and what you would like to exchange it for by email to info@alun.dk so we are aware that an exchange is needed. When we have received your return, we will send the requested size/item as quickly as possible within approx. 7 business days.

A piece of paper in the package with your order number and the size you would like to exchange for is also a good help.

 

How to return

1. Create your return through our return portal
2. Pack the item securely in its original packaging
3. Print and attach the return label you receive
4. Send us an email with your order no. and what should happen to the items.
5. Drop off the package at your nearest parcel shop
   

IMPORTANT: If you do not use our return label, make sure the package is sent (door to door) directly to our business address in Brønderslev. We do not have the option to pick up the item from a parcel shop or similar!
