Shopping in the alun.dk online store is easy: Choose a product and click Add to cart under the product you wish to buy. You will then be taken to the shopping cart; if you want to buy more, click Continue shopping, if you want to buy more items. You can both change the quantity of products and delete product orders from the "shopping cart" - just remember to update the cart.

When you are done shopping, click the "go to cart" section and enter your personal and account details.

Fee-free payment

It is both easy and 100% safe to pay with a payment card with us. We accept the following payment cards:

  • Anyday

All fee-free.

The Anyday payment option is available for purchases of 300,- DKK or more. When you choose to pay with Anyday, we withdraw the first payment when your item is shipped. After that, you will pay a monthly instalment on the last business day of each month. The number of monthly instalments starts at four months and may vary depending on your chosen payment plan. The amount of each instalment is determined by the total amount of your order, your chosen flex instalment, and the specific payment plan you have selected. Remember that if you pay all instalments on time, no interest or fees will be charged. Should you return your purchase, your agreement with Anyday will automatically be cancelled. I understand that participation in some of alun.dk's events may be physically or mentally challenging. Therefore, participation in alun.dk's events and courses is 100% at your own risk. If you are not sure that you are medically fit to participate, please contact your doctor before you come!

Payment security

It is 100% safe to pay by payment card on Alun.dk. When you send your payment details, they are encrypted using a special technology called SSL, which makes it impossible for others to intercept the information you send to us. We only receive the information we need to process your order. At no point is there any possibility for others to access the information, and it is neither saved nor stored. The payment system is approved by NETS.

The money is only withdrawn from the customer's card when the item has been shipped from the warehouse.

Shipping and delivery time

We provide fast and secure service when shipping your order. Physical transport takes place via Post Danmark or DAO, which deliver throughout Denmark within 3 business days.

If you buy for more than 1000 kr., we will ship your goods free of charge; otherwise it costs 49 kr. This only applies in Denmark.

If you are not at the address at the time of delivery, you will instead receive a note from PostDanmark that you can collect the goods at the post office. Remember that you have the option to enter a delivery address other than your home address, e.g. your workplace, so you save the trip to the post office.

Right of withdrawal

You are at any time entitled to a refund, provided that you return the item in unopened original packaging within 30 days.

You are very welcome to try your Fivefingers indoors with clean feet or while wearing Fivefingers socks. If, contrary to expectations, they do not fit, we will gladly refund your money or exchange them for the correct size.

The right of withdrawal applies ONLY to products and not tickets for seminars, workshops or courses.

Warranty claim rights

The Sale of Goods Act provides a 24-month warranty claim period. This means that you can either have the item repaired, exchanged, refunded, or receive a price reduction, depending on the specific situation.

It is a requirement that the claim is justified and that the defect has not occurred as a result of improper use of the product or other damaging behaviour.

You must make a claim within a "reasonable time" after you have discovered the defect in the item. If you make a claim within two months after the defect has been discovered, the claim will always be considered timely.

If the claim is justified, we will refund your (reasonable) shipping costs. The item must always be returned in proper packaging, and remember to obtain proof of shipment so we can reimburse your shipping costs.
