At shop at alun.dk online store is simple: Choose a product and click on Add to cart under the product you wish to purchase. After this, you will go to the shopping cart; if you want to buy more, click on Continue shopping, if you want to buy more items. You can both change the quantity of products and delete product orders from inside the "shopping cart" - you just need to remember to update the cart.

When you have finished shopping, click on the box "go to cart" and enter your personal information and account details.

I understand and accept that I am solely responsible for my own presence and movement within the event areas.

I understand that participating in some of alun.dk's events can be physically or mentally challenging. Therefore, participation in alun.dk's events and courses is 100% at your own risk. If you are not sure that you are medically fit to participate, please contact your doctor before attending!

Payment Security

It is 100% safe to pay with a payment card on Alun.dk. When you send your payment information, it is encrypted using a special technology called SSL, making it impossible for others to intercept the information you send to us. We only receive the information necessary to process your order. At no point is there any possibility for others to access the information, and it is neither saved nor stored. The payment system is approved by NETS.

The money is only charged to the customer's card when the item has been shipped from the warehouse.

Shipping and delivery time

We provide fast and secure service with the dispatch of your order. The physical transport is carried out via Post Denmark or DAO, which delivers throughout Denmark within 3 business days.

If you purchase for more than 1000 DKK, we will ship your items free of charge; otherwise, it costs 49 DKK. This applies only in Denmark.

If you are not at the address at the time of delivery, you will instead receive a note from PostDanmark stating that you can pick up the items at the post office. Remember, you have the option to enter a different delivery address than your home address, for example, your workplace, so you can avoid the trip to the post office.

Cancellation Policy

You are entitled to a refund at any time, provided you return the item in its unopened original packaging within 30 days.

You are very welcome to try your Fivefingers indoors with clean feet or wearing Fivefingers socks. If, contrary to expectations, they do not fit, we are happy to refund your money or exchange them for the correct size.

Cancellation rights apply ONLY to products and not tickets for seminars, workshops, or courses.

Complaint

Complaints Policy

The Sale of Goods Act provides a 24-month warranty period. This means that you can either have the item repaired, exchanged, receive a refund, or a price reduction, depending on the specific situation.

It is a requirement that the complaint is justified and that the defect has not arisen as a result of incorrect use of the product or other damaging behavior.

You must make a complaint within a "reasonable time" after you have discovered the defect in the item. If you make a complaint within two months after the defect is discovered, the complaint will always be considered timely.

If the complaint is justified, we will refund your (reasonable) shipping costs. The item must always be returned in proper packaging, and remember to get a receipt for the shipment so that we can reimburse your shipping costs.
