MaxBall fitness ball has a load capacity of 750kg and features a non-slip surface. It is especially suitable for weight training on a fitness ball. MaxBall is available in black or bronze.
We (and Paul Chek) still recommend the Dura fitness ball for basic training with a Swiss ball, but for powerful strength training with weights, the new Max fitness ball is recommended.
When using the Dura exercise ball as a chair: Choose one size larger than the one you would use for training.
