Lems Summit Pro Boot

Summit Pro is based on minimalist design principles and made for those who are frequently on the move, redefining what a rugged leather boot can be. The project was developed in collaboration with YouTuber and leatherworker Weston Kay from Rose Anvil and began as a shared vision to evolve the beloved Boulder Boot into something more rugged, more traditionally inspired, and ready for hiking, while remaining true to our signature lightweight, flexible comfort.

Weston, a long-time fan who has tried almost every Lems model, first discovered the brand through the original Boulder Boot, which quickly became his go-to boot in the shop because of its comfort and versatility. He is known for cutting boots open on his channel to show their craftsmanship, and he brought that same analytical eye into the design process, helping shape what would become the Summit Pro.

In close collaboration with Lems founder Andrew Rademacher over a year and a half, Weston helped fine-tune key elements of the design and contributed his craft perspective to create Lems' first unlined leather boot. Every single detail, from construction to color, was chosen with care, combining our focus on natural movement with Weston’s love of rugged, traditionally quality materials. As Weston says: »We went back and forth for over a year to refine every single detail and figure out how to make the Boulder Boot more rugged, more traditional, and ready for hiking.«

Summit Pro is made from high-quality water-resistant leather and delivers long-lasting durability and comfort that only improves with wear. The Vibram® Megagrip outsole provides exceptional traction and durability, while the classic moc-toe stitching hints at timeless workwear aesthetics. Each of the first 2,500 pairs includes a custom leather tag handmade by Weston.
