For runners who believe less is more: meet ZENSPEED Lite. Designed as the more minimalist version of ZENSPEED+, it delivers a lighter running experience with a lower profile that keeps you closer to and more connected with the ground.

With a 2 mm drop, a stack height of 24 mm/22 mm, and our foot-shaped TrueFit™ last, ZENSPEED Lite provides a stable, natural running platform that promotes healthy movement without unnecessary bulk. The streamlined design offers just the right amount of cushioning while giving you a better feel for the ground beneath your feet. 

The specially developed injection-molded rubber outsole ensures a softer foot strike and long-lasting durability for hundreds of miles on the road. ZENCELL™ midsole foam is engineered to deliver an energetic push-off from the ground, so you can move effortlessly.

ZENSPEED Lite is ideal for speed training, gym workouts, treadmill running, and runners who prefer a more minimalist feel. It delivers lightweight performance that transfers effortlessly to everyday movement.

ZENSPEED Lite is available in both medium and wide fit. Please note that the wide fit corresponds to our original Lems wide fit. For a narrower fit, it is available in medium width, which corresponds to Trailhead.
