Luna Venado 2.0 is light, comfortable, and has a fantastic barefoot feel. This sandal is great for walking and running on asphalt or sidewalks.
Luna Barefoot sandal is built on a super lightweight, moldable Vibram® USA sole, made in Massachusetts USA, which is coated with a non-slip MGT layer.
Luna transforms the urban concrete environment into a playground of firm and springy clay.
How does it compare to the other sandal models?
- LUNA Venado is our lightest and thinnest (9 mm) model. It is well suited for running on asphalt or for casual use and molds well to your feet.
Luna Barefoot sandal is equipped with secure and comfortable ATS straps (All Terrain Strapping). The ATS straps also include our Luna Plug System, which is made of soft, tubular nylon between the toes and a flat reinforcement on the outsole to protect against extra wear.
The remaining straps are made of tubular nylon in climbing quality with an elastic heel strap, making it easy to put the sandals on and take them off. The buckle on the top of the foot makes it easy to adjust the strap thanks to the ability to tighten or loosen the buckle and let the strap slide up or down along the toe strap.
To prevent the buckle from slipping while you are wearing the sandal, a strip of MGT has been placed on the underside of the buckle.
