These foam rollers / Foam Rollers are designed by physiotherapists specialized in rehabilitation. They have a wide range of uses and have therefore become a part of many physiotherapists' practices.
But it is also easy to use a foam roller at home.
It requires a minimum of skill and provides maximum benefit.
However, most common foam rollers are made of packing foam, which can be compressed and change shape, sometimes after just a few months.
Our Fysio foam roller does not change shape. It is made of the highest quality molded EVA foam, which ensures that the roller always returns to its original shape. Fysio foam rollers have a load capacity of at least 136 kg.
Skumrullerne / Foam Roller is used for muscle rehabilitation and dynamic strength training as well as to improve nerve function and nerve and muscle flexibility.
A foam roller can be used together with other training equipment, such as a Swiss ball, to increase kinetic and proprioceptive feedback.
