Ideal for use as a mat under your computer keyboard and mouse, so you can be grounded while your hands or wrists rest on the mat as you type or use the mouse.
The mat is quite soft and flexible, so it can also be used in bed as a cheaper alternative to a mattress topper.
A bare skin area should touch the smooth upper surface of the mat to allow you to ground yourself, although it works to a lesser extent through thin fabric. Alternatively, it can be used together with our highly conductiveearthing socks.
And you can protect yourself against the low-frequency electromagnetic fields (ELF) created by our electrical installations and all electrical devices that are not grounded.
